United Special Technical Services (USTS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of STS Group. USTS owns and operates a state-of-the-art rotational lining facility. It is the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia and the largest facility in the Middle East. It employs a unique technology to line any metallic structure, regardless of shape and complexity. It is applicable in a wide variety of services up to a maximum temperature of 150°C
USTS has successfully completed around 25,000 km of installations for NOCs across the Middle East and Northern Africa, including Saudi Aramco, PDO, KOC, ADNOC, Sabic, Ma’adan, British Petroleum, Occidental Petroleum, Daleel Petroleum, and Qatar Petroleum.

Our main products are all kinds of Static / Process equipment, Reactors, Columns, Heat Transfer Equipment, Process Skids & Modules, Piping Pre-fabrication works etc., etc. We have an ‘In house’ design team capable of designing static equipment to the International Rule ASME Sec. VIII Div. 1/ ‘U’, Div. 2/’U2’ Stamp for Process Equipment and in-house HTRI program for thermal design of Heat Exchangers.
Currently, we have supply references to more than 16 countries. Our equipment are installed & operating in various countries such as Algeria, Egypt, Brazil (for Offshore / FPSO), Congo, Russia, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Singapore, Turkmenistan, India, USA apart from the GCC region.
The Facility also includes a 3,000 sqm. of covered maintenance shop to cater to pump maintenance, machining, valve repair, testing, refurbishment and calibration.
STS Group’s regional footprint is further strengthened by STS CLAD, an 80,000 sqm specialized facility in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, focused on pipe cladding and weld overlay services.
Technology
Tite Liner® system (HDPE Lining), a technology that enables a thermoplastic liner to fit tightly inside a host pipe. The Tite Liner® system begins as a thermoplastic pipe liner that has a larger outside diameter than the inside diameter of the steel, compressed radially as it passes through the specially designed roller reduction box. The liner then expands tightly following installation. The tight-fitting liner acts as a continuous barrier between the host pipe and the corrosive or abrasive material. The Tite Liner® system comes in sizes from 50 mm to 1,300 mm (2 inches to 52 inches) in diameter, with larger diameters possible in certain situations.
Bondaliner™ is applied via a rotational lining process. The granulated powder resin fed inside the fitting or vessel which rotates in an oven on two perpendicular axes, giving the resin time to melt and spread uniformly over all interior surfaces of the equipment. This unique Bondaliner™ process provides a seamless, permanently bonded liner.
